  • What is your return policy for online purchases? 

All sales are FINAL. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact the store immediately at 952-443-2757.

  • Where do you source your products?

All items are hand chosen by the owner of Winnie Lu, Patricia. All of the products and brands in the shop are specially chosen to represent the mission of Winnie Lu, which includes supporting other small business owners. At Winnie Lu, we try to support as many Minnesota makers and companies as possible. The majority of the products in the shop are made right here in MN. A small percentage of our brands in the shop are from small businesses across the U.S.; with a focus on woman-owned companies.

  • Do you accept new vendors into Winnie Lu? How can I contact Patricia about my handmade products? 

YES! We are always for new products + brands to add to the shop! Please contact Patricia at info@shopwinnielu.com with images, a line sheet, pricing, etc. 

  • Are all products in your shop for sale on the website? 

No. At this time, we are unable to include ALL of our products for sale on the website. The products we do have for sale online are only a very small selection of what we offer in our Brick & Mortar location! If you’re in the area, definitely stop in to see what else we have in the shop! We can also send you an email invoice for payment if you see something you would Iike on our social media channels. Contact us for pricing and shipping information. 

  • Are you active on social media?

Yes! We love interacting with our customers on Instagram and Facebook. Follow along at @shopwinnielu for product images, behind-the-scenes pictures, giveaways, etc...
