Winnie Lu is a lifestyle Boutique specializing in home decor, gifts, and handmade products made in Minnesota and the US. Whether you're looking for a gift for someone special, a pampering product for yourself, or something sweet for your home, you can expect to find it at Winnie Lu. We prefer to source products from local businesses in Minnesota, but we also love to support and discover small handmade businesses from across the US. We especially LOVE to support woman owned businesses and about 90% of the shop is made by women. Our top priority is to always strive to make each and every customer happy and stress-free when they shop online or see a glimpse of us on social media!

Meet the owner!

Patricia is an Iowa native who fell in love with Minnesota from a young age. Growing up, she spent part of her summers fishing up north. She always felt at home on the bright blue water, among the scented evergreens of northern Minnesota. In 2012, newly married and itching for an adventure, the Sjulsons' made the move from Iowa to the Twin Cities. They've never looked back! With a background in retail, social media and website management, and a love for Minnesota, an online lifestyle boutique is the perfect fit for Patricia. She loves interacting with her customers whether online or in person, and truly loves building a community through her brand. 

Like any true Minnesotan, Patricia takes advantage of the warm months.  You can usually find her taking walks with her black lab and husband, or exploring small towns across the state. She loves cuddling up on the couch to watch Netflix with her little family. She loves a good vanilla latte and a crisp glass of prosecco. Patricia also enjoys running, biking, fishing, and actually ran her first marathon in October of 2019! On summer nights you can usually find Patricia and Bryan sitting on their patio with a glass of wine, and in the winter they love to stay in and have friends over for a game of cards.

Winnie and Luna - The faces behind the name!

Luna: a 6-year-old tuxedo cat with a big personality! She loves to cuddle, watch birds out the windows, and secretly likes to torment her dog sister... 

Winnie: a 4-year-old British lab with an equally big personality! She loves taking walks, hunting, sleeping on the couch, and keeping us company while working at home. Oh, and her tongue never stops licking! 

These two sweet girls are the inspiration behind the name Winnie Lu. They are the Sjulsons' pride and joy, and life would be oh so boring without them! They have spunk, are loving towards everyone they meet, and they embody the Winnie Lu goal of providing a happy and positive experience for our customers. You’ll see these two all over our social media pages :)
